Backsplash Now or Later?

Should I install the cover panels and perfekt trim on my cabinets before or after I install the backsplash. I am just imaging doing it before and then having to notch my tile to fit properly. But then if I put the cover panel on afterwards, I would have a gap along the backside of the cabinet. Suggestions?

i don't recall your doorstyle (take a moment to fill out your profile, it really does help us answer questions ) but if you wanted to put the cp on after you could run a bead of caulking where you have a gap

I will get to my profile. Thanks I have arlig doors. I just wasn't sure since the cover panel hangs down 2.5" if you should install that now and cut the tile to fit around it or after and like you mentioned, deal with a gap, and caulk.
