I love all the new functinonality you guys are putting into the site, though I haven't had much time to go explore most of it. I've mostly stuck to the forums. I'm wondering if I'm missing something, but before all the new functionality came in, I could click on "Recent Posts -> Get New Post" and just see new posts to all the forums. I would click through a few, mark most as read, and "clear the screen", so to speak. Now, with everything jumbled together, it's giving me articles, pages on stores, directions to how to put something together. All of that stuff is making it hard to use just the forum part - the part that I'm interested in. Is there a way for me to get just the forum posts?

Like most software it's a balancing act. We can turn off searching in the IKEApedia so the things we're putting in there don't show up, but then you *can't* search in there, you'd have to browse to find anything. I can see your point though. I'll see if there's a way to filter the search string to exclude specific forums...

Thanks, James. I know all about the balancing act, so if it's not doable, it's not...but I thought I'd at least ask. It may be just me and the "unique" way I do things that's causing me problems

Another thing to consider is that right now, we are pumping out the information and articles at a heavy pace - this won't always be the case. Once most of the information that is/was on the old site is regenerated here, there will be only a few new things published a day, if that.

But, I can see your point...it is clogging up the works a bit...
