I bought 3 identical best burs Vanity tables in Nov. It took 6.5 hours to assemble first, 5.5 hours to assemble 2nd and 2.5 hours to assemble third. All three were dented and scratched, contacted ikea and asked for scratch and dent discount.First i went to Ikea and asked if they would give a discount ,they assured me yes and it could be done online. 2nd I submitted receipts online but I was unable to locate the proper item numbers so I got receipts and photos of damage(on my iPhone) and went to returns in person and spoke to a manager who told me since it was Jan 29th(date still eligible for a return) there was no proof that I did not damage table. I made a call to Apple Help line and was told to down load a free app (Exif & IPTC Metadata Browser) which gave all info about the photo including verification of a Dec 12th date! This was all done on the spot thanks to Apple Help!The manager accepted this date but said because the date was still a month ago, I would only receive a 10% reduction.
