I just cut down some bead board and outlined them with some trim. I didnt think they would be stiff enough but once the trim went on they were fine. If you have the room i would suggest buying an additional single unit expedit and laying it in front to make a bench unfortuneatly we didnt have the room. cheers and good luck
this looks great! Can you take a picture of the hinges and show how they hook on to the sides? Give details on what type of hinges you used? Are those boxes in the top row with pictures on them?

The hinges were the part that scared me the most but i found 1/4 inch overlay hinges which fit perfectly. The pictures up top are just symbols or initials referencing our names. I just got some cheap frames from ikea and printed the pictures from the computer. The wicker baskets are also from ikea and they hold all the hats and gloves. Good luck!
I am copying your idea cause I LOVE IT!!! I just started to assemble the bookshelf but see that one side of the wood is unfinished. Looks like it is supposed to be the bottom but obviously I am turning it on it's side which then makes it become the side. What did you do to fix that???
Dont understand the problem exactly. When i built the lockers the bottom unfinished side stayed on the bottom. You need the vertical panels to stay upright. I just got this message today(12th) so i'm sure you have figured out the solution by now. cheers
