Hi!

I'm thinking about getting Xenon under cabinet light that I found at Lamps Plus (http://www.lampsplus.com/Products/UnderCabinet/23900).
It seems very slim and not-too hot like Halogen lights. But the bulb replacement is a bit expensive - $8.99/bulb (fyi... one fixture has 4 bulbs).

Before I decided to buy this Xenon lights, I would love to hear your opinion who has used similar light fixture for under cabinet task light.

Also I would love to know if there is better place to buy these lights.

I have installed xenon undercabinet lights.Â* I got them from Pegasus.Â* Very nice lighting.Â* These are hardwired and have a low and high switch.

I have xenon in my pantry and halogen in the kitchen. I can't tell much of a difference in the heat output, even though they say that the xenon run cooler. I can tell a slight difference in the light color, the xenon being whiter. I have the CounterAttack brand of both if I remember correctly, and I think I got them from Bellacor. I'm pretty sure the only reason I chose this brand was because they came in stainless.

i got the american lighting ones from amazon for inside a glass door setup. so far so good. even have them setup ona dimmer.
