Where's the best place to locate the outlet for the wall-mounted microwave/extractor fan? Inside the wall cabinet over the microwave or in the wall above the wall cabinet?

Hi! I don't know the BEST place, but my GC put mine in the cabinet directly over the Micro vent/hood. It works very well.

Emmie's right - no "best" place, but the "standard" place is inside the cabinet, towards the bottom right corner.
