Hi -
I am hoping that someone else's Ikea might still have this fabric -
it is a large scale print and is $7.99 a yd. Our Ikea (seattle) is out and has removed the sample from the hanger - that can't be a good sign for restocking! I didn't buy enough and need at least 3 more yards. If anyone spots it at the their store and is willing - I have paypal, check or whatever works for you at the ready!

Anyway, no luck on the fabric. Sorry! I'll keep it in my list of things to look out for in case we get to another store. The co-worker at the Woodbridge store said that they've been out for a while and she didn't know if it was coming back, but there have been a lot of requests.

They *did* have the sample still hanging on the rack though so we were able to get the specific name info. The "line" was Patricia, and the name of this particular fabric is Muestra. As Susan said, the co-worker did say there had been a lot of requests for it, so hopefully there will be another lot coming in.

All of their fabrics really are gorgeous and a bargain! Well, some are a bit wild but fun in smaller doses.

Great, Emily! I'm glad I could help. You actually may have more than 3 yards - it was the end of the bolt and I didn't see her fold up any for a remnant. I was only charged for 3 yards, so I think it's about $25 plus whatever it costs to ship and I think it will fit easily into one of those Flat Fee Tyvek Priority Mailing bags which ship for less than $5. So about $30? Rather than paying me, if you'll send a donation to the site, that would be great! I'll be home tomorrow afternoon (quick getaway to Baltimore for Vday), and can let you know the exact total by Saturday probably.

I was looking for this fabric this morning, and here's what the salesman told me:

All the Patricia fabric has the same number, so as long as they have anything in the line, they don't get more.

In October 08, they will change the system, and all the fabrics will get a unique number.

So as long as they don't discontinue it before October, I'll be able to make the living room curtains I want!
