Open Wall Bookshelf

Hi ,

Planning on an Adel White Kitchen. Would like to have an area at the end of a cab run where base cab holds files and wall cab is an open bookshelf.

Does anyone have any ideas of what I could use as an open book shelf that wouldn't just look like a wall cab without doors and that I could use with Adel.

This is along the lines of what I'm thinking:

Thanks!
Debra

Re: Open Wall Bookshelf

How about a Bonde bookcase or shelving unit? These might be hard to find, as rumor has it the line is being taken out of range, but it might work for you.

Re: Open Wall Bookshelf

because ikea, again, killed a great line (MAGIKER. and i really wanted those orange doors, dammit.), i went with the smallest EXPEDIT bookcase and attached 4"/10cm CAPITA legs ('cause i'm only 5'2"). yummy. IIRC, bins/baskets (not inserts) for BONDE also fit in EXPEDIT. please check on this if you decide on EXPEDIT.
