Question Gluten-free Foods at Swedish Food Market

I was wondering if anyone has compiled a listing of gluten-free foods that can be found at the Swedish Food Market. My family and I purchased a blueberry cake at Ikea recently and I just got it out to thaw it. I noticed on the back that it's gluten-free! (It has an almond crust.) I have a few friends who follow a gluten-free diet and it would be wonderful if they could have some new desserts to purchase that would taste great and be relatively inexpensive too.

Re: Gluten-free Foods at Swedish Food Market

Wow! That would be so cool to find out. I've gone in and asked the people in the food department before, and they told me nothing was safe to eat in the cafeteria. I just always carry food with me when my husband and I go and I watch him eat.

The Almondy line of cakes are all gluten free! We've been buying the chocolate one for our celiac son for a few years now - it's really good. They also have slices of it on plates in the cafeteria. Perhaps the people you spoke to who said there was no safe food were just thinking of the things they prepared. I've never seen a blueberry cake - I'll have to watch for that!
