Galant Desktop Extension--Parts Needed

Hi,

I've just put together a Galant system corner desk and apparently I've slightly hacked it. I have a right-corner desk, with a half-round desktop extension on the narrower side (the left side facing the desk) and I installed a rectangular extension on the wider (right) side. Apparently this extension is for the narrower side, as all the holes for the screws are aligned that way on the underside of the desktop. However, it's the exact depth and perfect width for my office. My question is, is there a way to get the poly inserts that the screws screw into? My plan is simply to drill the holes into the bottom of the desktop extension aligned with the bracket, insert the poly inserts, then screw the bracket to the desktop extension. It all still works right now, but there's nothing really holding the desktop onto the bracket. Is there an easy way to remove the existing poly inserts? I tried prying them out but am afraid I'll ruin them.

Thanks in advance for any guidance!

Hi, I don't know the desk, but could this be what you are looking for?

Hi Tux,

That definitely looks like what I need. Is this something I should be able to get at my Ikea store?

Vielen Dank!
