Hi, ame2x. This thread was about the old standalone planner that has been discontinued in favor of the web-based planner. You might try the new version and see if you have any more luck with it:

If you are running Windows 7 or Vista with internet explorer, make sure you are using the 32 bit version of IE . This threw me off on one of my PCs. (I am a microsoft employee when not assembling my new kitchen...)
