Hi Nicole,
The BESTÅ, PAX and VÄTTERN planners that have been on some countries internet pages are just temporary planners. It's not sure that IKEA will continue with these.
And I'm not aware on any country that still has this one unfortunately, sorry that I can't be of anymore assistance.
I realize that this thread is a few months old, however I think it can still be useful.
The planning tools for Besta, Billy and Effektiv are still available on the Swiss site IKEA | Scaricare il planner this links to the italian language version but german and french are also available. Check the column on the left for
