Hi,
I have several sets of kitchen plans based on UK version of planner but after crashing PC had to install Windows 7 instead of XP and lost programme. I can't seem to reinstall a working version which will link to them. I can load a US version that shows they exist but obviously with the wrong units and kitchen component files.
Is there a Windows 7 version or a workaround?
Any help very gratefully received. Rob

Hello Rob,

You should be able to use the UK planner located at:
IKEA | Download planner

This version works with both Windows Vista and Windows 7.

This is the Kitchen Planner version I loaded previously (2006 .2). It won't let me access my previous plans and perhaps more importantly seems to have a bug. Although it loads the component files for Factum etc and will let you place items on the plan, it does not allow you to remove them once there.

I'm so sorry and I apologize on my colleagues in the UK. It seems that they've uploaded the wrong version of the planner.
Try the one from Ireland’s homepage instead, they have almost the same range.

YOU'RE A STAR !

Took me ages to get rid of all the previous US and UK versions but your Irish version certainly works and I can access all my old plans from it.
Have put the graph paper away.
