Ugh - I haven't had a limitation on design saves, nor have I seen that error but I have had trouble from time to time in A. creating an account initially and B. saving a design (while I was in the store, it wouldn't save til a co-worker clicked the button for me. )
Hi I have exactly the same problem from my computer. Impossible to save any plan. =>same javascript error
I tried on Internet explorer, Firefox, Chrome.
Need help please.
(Note:I triedfrom anothercomputer with my account and that was able to save a plan using firefox => the pb is not link to my account )
they had a mac-specific discussion page, but i can't find it now. i recently posted there when the drop-down list was not accessible on a mac with google chrome, and they fixed it within 24hr. not sure what you have, but someone there does review issues in a timely fashion.
also, please check that your planner is current...they recently updated it.

hi thx for your answer,however I still have the problem. I have the last update of the Ikea Home Planner = Windows xp SP2 + last version of flash plugin (not sure it is really used by the planner. In my mind the planner only uses javascript)

Has anyone else lost their saved plans? I've been working with the design planner tool and I had saved several different versions of our kitchen over the past week or so. It was working great. Then tonight after I log back in my saved designs screen is empty.

I've also noticed the Firefox 9.0.1 doesn't work with the planner now. I had to download and install

again just to find out all my designs are gone.
