MAC OS Lion not compatible with IKEA Planner
Hi,

This week I installed the new OS on my MAC (Lion). After the installation I noticed that after signing I can't access exiting project or start a new one. Only a black screen appears when trying either command. There is also a red outline over the existing projects when the cursor is over them.

Is anyone experiencing this problem? Any solutions?

Be sure you have the latest flash player, and also try installing java runtime manually (not sure that would be the problem, but won't hurt):

Having similar problem with black screen after Lion install. One of many Lion problems actually. NOT pleased. Will post if I figure it out. Seems odd that a plug-in based web app would react this way....

Would it be worth deleting the plug-in and installing it again?
I've noticed that the new update to Safari has caused a few problems.

No dice. Plug-in removed and re-installed with no luck. Firefox isn't working either. Hmmm. Has to be some way that Lion is dealing with the plug-in.

Oh, and if I bought a PC then Ikea's Kitchen Planner would work, but nothing else would.

I've been reading on an Adobe forum that
Java Runtime isn't active in Lion as the default.
I'm not sure if the planner needs or uses it,
maybe someone here knows???
To initiate it go to Utilities > Java Preferences.
When you open Java Preferences it checks to
see if Java Runtime is installed. If it's not then
you're given the option to install it.

No, alas. I have java runtime, flash, adobe air, all those sorts of things and I still see a black rectangle for the plan space.

Chrome does not work either. It works fine when I run it on windows through Parallels.
