Having bought one and installed it and found that when switching the power on the lights on it go on and then off and stay off.

Checked the supply in which to the transformer is OK and am now at the point where I do not know as to whether the transformer is faulty or as to whether it is a loose connection. As one bulb is attached to bare wires it is not that.

It would be good if with instructions there was a section on common installation problems

Any thoughts on my problem is appreciated!!

I have the very same problem with the Termosfar system and I can't figure it out !

I returned the original and bought another one and it was exactly the same. Decided to buy a different one from Castorama and that worked first time. Sounds to me that the Termosfar is not a good product.

The picture looks similar to the system I have called IKEA Lina. I'm having a problem concerning power. I had an electrician come out and he told me the transformer was bad. I ordered one from another company b/c IKEA informed me they didn't sell them separately. It still won't work.
