The Broder shelves I need to assemble are the ones to fix to the wall (no extensions to the ceiling and no L-foot). Does anyone have those instructions? Why does Ikea not provide instructions online? Wouldn't that make sense?

Is the suspension rail used for this? If no feet with braces, then the suspension rail sounds like that would be what is required. However, I don't know what the suspension rail is even for myself. I just installed L-Foot system and braced to wall and have no need for the suspension rail---unless I missed a step.
