I think I have allready found it.
the longest part is the armrest of the lounche part which will be 150cms in length... if I am wrong please tell me so..

In Image 15 (no. 25 in Instructions) you are supposed to attach a side piece to the main seating area of the sofa bed.

I cannot get the two long screws (100033) to actually screw into the holes as there seems to be a few centimetres gap at all times which cannot be closed.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Welcome to IKEAFANS, ITC.

When you screwed #100033 into the side of the sofa, is it possible that you screwed it in too far? You need to leave enough of it sticking out so that when you go to secure the side to the main part of the sofa, the "nut" (#104864) can catch the threads.

If you can't do that, try unscrewing that rod a bit to allow you to complete the assembly.

This step is the one that is different. You don't put the screws into the sofa end piece.

What you have to do is put the nut section on top of the screw thread and locate the sofa end on the two pins at the bottom.

Once you have done this you put the screws through the holes, locate them in the holes on the sofa end and tighten them.

It takes a bit of wiggling and possibly a second person to hold the two pieces together, but you will get there in the end.
