My name is Danielle and i'm new to Ikeafans , my husband and I are currently working on our Kitchen. We were wondering if you have the complete ( Ht, W , dept) measerment for the corner base cabinet. Before placing our order we like to make sure it will fit between are dishwasher and stove. any and all help would be greatly aprrecated.

	W definition W is a wall cabinet designation, as in W18, can be a stand-in for Wide, or when followed by a / stands for With.

IKEA does have that info on the page for the cabinet, as they do for all the AKURUM cabinet boxes.

I think those measurements are backwards...

Keep in mind final height is dependent upon legs, which are adjustable

We are installing this base cabinet and would like to know how the legs are installed and the qty used? Thanks

I think it was an odd number like seven. However many pairs of holes there are in the bottom!

Be careful with this cab: the long front top brace part is NOT identical to the back. The one with extra holes goes in front!

Just a note - the image on step 9 is deceptive - the rear short top bar only has 3 holes going through it, and is not reverse-able. If you play around with the layout after doing the main carcass, it's easy enough to figure out, though. I thought it was funny - the day after I built my corner, I watched a show on the DIY network where another couple had the exact same issue. It also doesn't follow the pattern of one metal dowel and one wooden dowel - it's only got the metal dowel on the side facing the longer bar.

The corner cabinet takes 6 feet - two on each edge like standard cabinets, one almost directly under the lazy susan pivot, and one in the back corner. I installed a 1x4 ledger board, so I only did 3 feet - and if you use the lazy susan, the center foot is the only one really taking weight anyways.

If you don't use the ledger board, the 37" cabinet actually takes 8 legs, not 6. And weight is borne by more than just the "center" leg - the legs along the sides of the cabinet carry the weight of the counters.
