Download these instructions for assembling a HEMNES Double Bed. Check both versions against the parts to see which version you have, there is a difference in the bracing that should be visible from the cover picture. One has an "X" shaped brace in the center (this one) and the other has something more like a double ended arrow, which is the other one.
