Hi Everyone! I found this site while searching for opinions on Ikea kitchens. We were originally going to sell our home, but we love it so much, we've decided to stay and renovate the kitchen (which only received a coat of paint prior to calling a real estate agent).

I'm married (for 12 years) and have two children at home (boy almost 9 and a girl, 7) and a daughter from a previous marriage who's almost 22. We live in the Kawartha Lakes region of Ontario, and as you may have guessed, my hobbies are decorating, decorating and decorating! lol

I hope to make some fellow Ikea friends and find lots of ideas and advice on here!

Thanks for the welcome! It's a little overwhelming to say the least, planning a kitchen reno. We're on a limited budget too (my dh can be a little cheap - lol), so I'm sure the links you provided will be more than helpful!! Thanks again!
