I just moved out on my own (yay!!) am in the process of putting together my lil apartment. Went to Ikea for the first time yesterday (never had a reason to go as mom furnished the house, lol) and fell in love with Ikea. I stumbled onto Ikeafans when I was having some trouble assemble my bedroom furniture, but I must say that this is a great site! I look forward to getting help from you experts out there and providing whatever help I can !

Everyone here is more then happy to answer any questions you may have. Ikea furniture is easy to put together once you get the hang of it . I love the furniture

1. Because it fits in our budget.
2. Most of it is made sturdy.
3. If the kids jump on the couch, I'm not screaming stop. There are day's where I feel like a kid and join in on the fun .

4. When we moved we took everything apart and kept the hardware in baggies that we tapped to the furniture they went with. It saved a lot of money in the long run because we didn't have bulky items to lug in a huge moving truck!

LOL Glad to provide the laugh for today. For what do we live, but to make sport for our neighbors and laugh at them in our turn?

Maybe collapsible isn't the right word. You know I mean furniture that's *supposed* to be taken apart and be put together again. Not the bulky rummage sale stuff that we moved around and it collapsed on its own.
