Hello all! We are currently shopping for kitchen appliances and like the Kenmore pro series. From what I've read, Ikeafans say that the 28.5" interior will fit into the 30" wall cabinet. Careful measuring at the store gives us a inside measure of 28 7/16" !! Are we being too weird? We would love some encouragement to go ahead with our purchase (hopefully without painful modifications!) Thanks for advice/warnings/encouragement!

Hi Lauramw! You're not weird! The good news is that 7/16 is only a 1/16 smaller than .5 (which you probably knew) and slightly smaller is much better than slightly too big and 1/16 is bee spit in the world of installing ovens.

I'd say you're golden.
