Anyone here using applad white and found the edge of the door crack? 80% of my door having this problem when i almost done my kitchen. very dissapointed with applad white quality.

Ack! I agree, that looks terrible. Did you contact IKEA Kitchens about replacement doors?

Ikean had come to inspect and promise to give me feed back this week. Hope they come back with good news. They probably because of the weather is hot.

At last, the investigation is over............ and after the long pending... Ikean promise to give me a replacement of crack door and drawer. Well, I got a chance here before this friday to decided whether i want to take back the Applad White or change to others door style with my limited budget. I am eyeing Nexus Black Brown or Yellow Brown now. Any suggestion? Really need feed back from everyone.

Here is some of the pic, I am thinking to remain Applad white after the fridge, those under sink and near the stove, i am going change to others style, what you guys think? I need advise, opinion, PLEASE HELP!!!

I'm glad IKEA is replacing the defective doors and drawerfronts for you.

I'd go for the Nexus Black Brown, especially since you have a section of wood countertop. I think it would look really nice.

What kind of handles are on your cabinets? Are they IKEA?

Yeah, I am so happy when they finally decided to replace my door. And the lady who serve me is so friendly, she will send a contractor to exam my kitchen again and calculate the total door and drawer front to be change. So i am waiting patiently here, no need to rush to Ikea to place an order (anyway, Ikea is only 20min drive away). She even told me secretly, Applad white and Applad beige is the door style always being return due to this problem. Nexus almost same range but much more better quality.

I will get a brown black marble dining table soon, it will place after the penisular. brown black table leg and chair, pure white marble top (it is dust cheap in Malaysia, about USD$300 you get a 4 ft round table plus 6 chair). in this case, you think, will it too much of brown black? or the flow is just nice? I always want the kitchen finish first before decided on the dining table, i just afraid it won't match.

The handle is not from Ikea, but it looks like the UDDEN kitchen series handles, just a bit bigger and kinda cheap too. I like that handles but not the series, so i bought this at my local hardware shop( i saw it in Ebay too) , the instalation part is a bit troublesome, but it is really suitable for family who got kids ( although i still don't have) imagine kids running arond and knock their head at the handles when talking to the mommy.
