I went to Balthaup.com for IKEA kitchen design inspiration. Call me crazy but I can't get their faucet off my mind and I need to order something soon. Problem is they don't sell it unless you also purchase a kitchen and they won't say who the manufacturer is. It would be such a unique design feature and drive my friends crazy. They think my taste is a little out there. Anyone have insight as to how I can identify the manufacturer or find something similar?

831Coastie -- Welcome to the forums! Glad to see you here.
I'm not sure how (if at all) bathroom faucets differ from kitchen faucets, but I found this one, just by googling "modern wall mount faucet":

Hudson Reed -- http://usa.hudsonreed.com/buy_faucet.../us_tec03.html
Best of all? Less than $200 in chrome.

The problem with those are that they are for bathrooms and do not swivel or swing. You'll need a faucet that moves for the kitchen (such as the one shown in the first pic).

Well, that's a good point! Told you I didn't really know the difference! The swinging thing would be pretty necessary in a kitchen, huh? Hmmmm...

ThisLOT faucetis under Kitchen fittings on thedornbracht.com site but as Silkydog stated it does not swing side to side. The search continues. Thanks for the input. I like what you found and may consider one of them for a bathroom.

FYI, I was perusing EBAY for faucets and saw several wall mount varieties.
May want to try there.
Good luck!

You might like to try the company Fantin, they made many of the fittings and faucets for Bultaup in the past. FWIW

It seems that many Bulthaup kitchens are paired with Dornbracht faucets. I couldn't find that faucet in their line, though. http://www.dornbracht.com/en/
From looking at the press reports on their B3 line, it seems that Bulthaup is the brand of the faucet - they brought out a special wall mount faucet to go with their wall mount cabinets.
Here is one idea from good ol' ebay, it's not wall mounted, but it has a nice square corners.
