Okay, Here's today's emergency...

What is everybody using for their in-cabinet lighting? I have this frou frou glass area that is displaying my fine art (aka my Looney Tunes cookie jar collection). I bought Trettio lights for in-cabinet and come to find out they're only for under-cabinet. What are you guys using? I want it to look nice, but not at the expense of burning my house down!

These are high cabinets and have like 6 shelves, so what? That rope lighting stuff? Please help!

I wouldn't advise the IKEA NON lights... Depending on your light color preferences, there IS an IKEA LED based lightthat has a slight bluish tint, but it's MUCH whiter than others that I've seen. They aren't as bright as Halogen , but they also use a TINY tinyfraction of the power, are a LOT cooler, smaller and easier to mount. As an added benefit the power cord has a regular plug rather than a big honkin transformer. I like them. Susan's a bit iffy on the color I think... I'm mainly interested in the puck style lights, but the also come in an interconnectable "bar" configuration that might work well for multi shelf cabinets... Take a look at the linked thread, I've got a lot of the info on them there...

Thanks, I'll check them out! It looks like they have plenty of wire to do the whole high shelf!Are these the ones you're talking about?
