I have Juno Xenon Pro for UC lighting. I'm happy with them. They come in different sizes and are dimmable.

We used stainless steel Xenon undercabinet lights from Kichler. Each pair of 30" cabinets (60" total) has two banks of lights. We paired one 21.5" 10581 SS with one 30" light 10584 SS.

They're dimmable and available in bronze and white too. Only 1" thick. Although all four banks of lights are controlled by a single switch, we can also turn off or dim individual fixtures.
