Do you mean the Perfekt open shelving cabinets or do you mean regular open shelving like the Jarpen series? There are quite a few doorstyles not represented in the Perfekt open shelf line-up. I wouldn't expect to see NYB there soon. Has anyone seen *any* shelving in the NYB color yet? Maybe as part of the new Stockholm line; I've heard it's quite similar if not a true match. HTH

I am looking for open shelving.. i figured it may be awhile before we see NYB in shelving- but black brown made its way over to shelving so I am hopeful, in the mean time I was thinking stainless. The stockholm line made me excited as well- because maybe they will push for it... it is over 30" away from the cabinets, so it doesn't have to be exact... maybe I can take a NYB door and make something....

Since the cabinetry comes with every componant as a separate line item on the order, I don't see why you couldn't try to order just the door panel part to use as a shelf. You could purchase brackets of some kind at a hardware store to support them. The doors seem so sturdy for use as a shelf, in my opinion. They would look great!

Stockholm is a dead match for NYB- I'm pretty sure that's where the door came from. If there's nothing that works there, Minwax Ipswitch Pine is a decent match, and
