I read in the FAQ about Benjamin Moore's "Simply White" being a match for the Lindingo Doors. For those who have used this on the Stat, Applad, or Lindingo - what finish did you use? I was thinking semi-gloss?

I also saw mention in the forums that the toekicks match the color of the Adel cabinets - which I believe are a different color than the Stat, Applad, or Lindingo. Is this true and, if so, is the difference such that we should factor some painting into our project?

What about the other trim pieces - do they only come in the one white shade (Adel match) as well?

Gwen - As installed, I see no difference in the toekicks. They sit on a different plane, so most people would never know they're different. I haven't tried painting around my Lidingo. At least semi-gloss would be needed, but maybe even gloss would be a better match.

gwen, I used Benjamin Moore's Semi-Gloss AquaGlo. I suppose I should state that. It looks great, and I don't notice any real eye-glaring difference in gloss.

As Kathy said, don't worry about the toekicks, unless of course you like doing extra work. The other trim pieces are offered in either white to match STAT, LIDINGO, APPLAD or white to match ADEL.

I forgot to mention that we used toekicks for filler pieces, and even that doesn't stand out as different from the doors and drawers.
