I know there have been threads here in the past from people who'd like the look of a wooden range hood in their kitchens. I'm one of them, but I'd been figuring they were way out of my budget except as a DIY project.
However, I just ran across these:

I haven't actually seen one, but for the price (~$200 to $250 + ventilator) it seems like you couldn't go too far wrong. Just thought I'd put this out there for other people who might be interested--it was really hard to find, since their main site is full of "email us for a quote," which I always interpret as "Never mind, you can't afford it."
