I'm wondering if any of you have had luck/disaster putting a single bowl, 25" x 22" (standard size) sink into a 24" Akurum base?

I'm going out to Lowes today to measure the underside of a few and see if they might be squoze in.

Marko- I used a 25x22x10 drop in sink in our 24" sink base at the beach, There we have the Ikea wood (Pronomen) countertop.

On my sister's kitchen (" Linda's kitchen" in my gallery), we are installing a large, 18 gauge, "D" undermount sink in a Silestone countertop (24" sink base). The only thing we had to "modify" for this application was to rip about 3/8" off of the back side of the front "spacer" so that the sink bowl wouldn't be too far back from the front edge of the countertop. I'll post pictures once it is installed.
