Pot filler faucets only have one temp, cold. Bathroom faucets will not really be suitable either, IMO.
I'm well versed in this topic because I have a 1922 wall mount kitchen faucet. I looked long and hard for a "contemporary" faucet but basically came up empty handed. I thought about the pot fillers too until I realized I wouldn't have any hot water :shock:
I ended up with a Grohe faucet (model 31026000), not as modern as I'd have preferred, but still better than a lot of the wall mounts.
