That's beautiful! Yet another one that's "too big" for my cave-like kitchen! I just need to find a shorter peninsula fan.

KitchenMom, (with 2 capitals!)

I love your kitchen more and more ~ how's the color working for you now that you've had it in over the course of several weeks?

Susan

Susan, I should just hang out here and avoid the whole capital problem. I have gotten used to the color, and am really enjoying it, as well as the whole kitchen. If life wasn't so crazy, I'd have everything put away and set up by now, but no such luck. I want to do that before I take the finished pictures (sans backsplash which we probably won't do for a while).

Hey Eva,

I can put space on either side of my laundry cabinets, how much space would you suggest I leave so that the lansa handles can open? If I remember from threads, you have learned a life lesson on this subject. I think I can do just over an inch on each side. Thanks!

DeDe, I had to move my upper cabinet so it is 1 3/8 inches from the wall for the door to open fully with a 9 inch handle (12 inch door). Yes, life lesson...but fortunately the hanging rail made it very easy to slide the cabinet over a bit!

How far down the cabinet door did everyone put their horizontal pulls on their pull-out pantries?

Mine is at 16 inches from the top edge of the lower door.

I need taste again, can I borrow some? What handles/knobs should I get for my 9" PERFEKT base wine rack & drawers that doesn't clash with the lansa handles? Can anyone suggest something?

dede -- There's no need to put pulls on the drawers on the Perfekt, although I did. On one side of the drawer box there's a cutout to put your fingers -- do you not like that look?
