my 1yo Bagvik faucet just started leaking ... possibly a bad washer near the lever. It's certainly not user-servicable, and I'm not sure how even a plumber could crack it open.
On the faucets page of my current catalog, there's one of those 10 year Limited Warranty stamps...so I would assume that it applies to faucets, but you never know with IKEA. I'd pick up a kitchen catalog and have it opened to that page when you make your inquiry. You're not that far from the store, are you?

A little annoying since it will be a bear working around a deep sink and a dispose-all to get it out. Am considering just asking for a refund and getting a faucet that can actually be serviced...
