I would like to purchase a kraus farmhouse sink to install in a 36" ikea akurum cabinet. Will the 36" sink fit or should I go for the 33"?

	Akurum definition Akurum is the North American equivalent of FAKTUM; that is the fitted, frameless, component kitchen cabinet line, which when paired with door and drawer fronts as well as interior accessories makes up the full kitchen cabinet system.

The sink will fit fine in the 36" cabinet, though you may have to do a little extra work to get your doors to fit.

The Domsjo sinks are sized to fit on top of 24" high doors; your sink has a 9" apron front, which means you have 21" left over for a door. You're best bet will be to go with 18" high doors, and then cut filler to cover the open space.

Also, depending on what type of counter top you're using, you may have to trim the top of your sink cabinet in order for the top to fit flush.
