Another tough spot for us. Our cooktop is currently on a wall that is only 80" long with a miserable tiny blind corner cabinet to the left of it and a 15" drawer & door cabinet to the right (face frame construction) followed by the door opening into the dining room.
My wife really wants a lazy susan corner cabinet and a slide-in range. (See attached idealized 3D view)
Personally I don't think there's enough room. If I add 37" + 30" + maybe 1" of filler between the corner unit and the range (to allow the cabinet doors to open), that leaves a bare 12" of wall to the right. Even with a 12" cab + a cover panel, I think it would extend INTO the door opening into the dining room. Right? And for appearance there really should be about 2" of reveal anyway.
According to the dimensions on the slide-in, the overall depth is 26-5/8" (including handle) and there is about 1-1/2" of actual door that would stick out beyond the 24" cabinet base. Can the corner cab be installed with NO filler between it and the slide-in??
Or Is the only way around this mess another blind corner cabinet pulled away from the wall? Or back to a cooktop and relocating the oven? I am playing a game of 1/2 inches here because of the fixed space.
Ikea corner base 37"x37" are 12" from edge to inside corner. That means your range would be 12" from the inner corner.
Our previous configuration - pre IKEA - was a lazy susan base plus a 6" cabinet next to the stove. It worked fine. Consider that the corner cabinet in that layout was 2" shorter (35"x35" instead of 37"x37"), that means that configuration was only 16" - 4" from corner to stove more than with an IKEA corner base alone.
The only real problem with that setup is the lack of landing space to the side of the stove, and all the juggling of hot cookware and ingredients that entails.
In the brave new IKEA kitchen world, that 6" cabinet grew to a 12" pull-out, so now I have a full 2' to the corner on the right, and 17" countertop (15" base) on the left. That 2' to the right creates a prep space beside the stove instead of two less-than-enough spaces we had before. If the plumber makes it later today (after bailing on us for an emergency call), I'll get a chance to test out the range with the new granite countertops that were installed yesterday.
So while symmetry is nice, consider where you might want prep space next to the stove if there is any chance of making it. 12" is likely not enough if you have anything in the corner. Another option: somehow, get that range into the corner.
You can use the corner/stove combination without a filler, but you'll have to be careful when you open and close the doors. Even with the filler, you're gonna have to be careful - no filler just means more careful.
As for the doorway, depending on how wide that opening is, you can "manufacture" some additional wall space top the right of your cabinets by "packing out" the left hand side of the doorway with a layer or two of drywall. It's a little extra work, but a cheap and fairly painless way to add some wall space.

Just taking my inner IKEA geek out for a walk.
I can't speak to the asthetics of having a cabinet end flush with an entryway, but I can tell you that I have a slide in range against my 37" lazy susan cabinet (and a 12" BPO on the other side) and I have no issues opening/accessing the cabinet or the oven.

So no filler or end-panel between the slide-in and the susan cab?? What make / model slide-in do you have if you don't mind me asking?
I also have a slide-in next to a 37 inch corner cabinet with lazy susan - I don't have any filler either ... my corner cabinet is to the right of my stove and the
corner cabinet opens to the right - you can see photos in my gallery or in my blog here (links are to the left under my profile info).

Are you sure you only want a 12 inch cab to the right of that range? Aesthetically, I think it would be nice to have a 12 inch doo on either side of that range, bcause it would look balanced. But, I had a near identical setup in my old kitchen and hated it. I have a 79 inch wall; my old kitchen had a 36 inch corner cab, then the range, then a 12 inch cab (i.e,, same layout) and the #1 thing I wanted tochange about that kitchen was that 12-inch cab because (1) the countr area to the right of the range was annoyingly small and fairly useless; and (2) the 12 inch cab was even more useless (it was 1 drawer over a cab with 2 shleves inside). In the new kitchen I am putting a blind cab with some kind of pullout, which leaves me with 55 inches along the adjacent, perpendicular wall (with the range), where I wil have a narrow custom cab with a pullout, then the 30 inch oven, followed by a 15 or 18 inch base cab.
In any case, if you want the lazy susan, it appears the only issue is whether you need fill between the range and the adjacent corner cab door.
To gain an extra inch, you might consider getting a true 36-inch corner cab from a different manufacturer.

I don't really want that layout but my wife does. Although I do most of the cooking har. Another 1" won't be needed If I don't have to use filler (which others have said I won't). However, to get to a 15" cab, I'd have to use a blind corner cab with pullout since I don't have 3" to spare.

I have the same dilemma; it stinks! I even considered walling off the adjacent doorway, but when we hung plastic sheeting over it during the demo of the kitchen, I realized how much I would miss that particular doorway. Then I considered moving the range or putting an oven / cooktop on the other side, where there will be a peninsula, but I think that set up can be dangerous with kids.
