If you're using the domsjo, then the sink cutouts will be deep enough, since it's essentially just a straight cut to the back. I would think you could repurpose them, but I've never worked with the installers.

I tried a minor variation on your plan giving you pretty much the same amount of drawer space in the one wide cabinet to the right of the sink and allowing more wall cabinet space and also allowing more leeway at the window to clear its molding easily. Hope you take a look...
