hello everyone, i been plan remodel ikea kitchen cabinets. my choice is Linjar Blue and the half off and it fit my budget. i wonder how their Cabinet Frame stronger enough for a Granite counter top. everyone in here custom make their own cabinets by using 3/4 plywood around instead using Ikea cabinet Frame please advice thx Phong

Hi and welcome to IKEAFANs

I haven't heard of a single person here making their own cabinet boxes out of plywood - the IKEA cabinets are quite sturdy ... you'll see LOTs and LOTs of kitchens here with the standard IKEA cabinet frames - installed with the plastic legs ... with granite, concrete and other stone countertops - e.g. soapstone (which is what I have in my kitchen)

You don't need plywood!

i will post pixs when i finish the kitchen. my project will start next month, hopefully will be done in a month. the kitchen will be engineered hardwood floor the color is Coffee Bean made by Robbins . i cant wait to start the project. im waiting to get the key of the house that i just purchase. i have a small kitchen 128x120 inches. thx
