atlr -- Welcome to the forums!

These guys are on the ball. One mistake though...apparently I never corrected that FAQ -- you should be able to use a 30" x 40" panel instead of the (tres expensive) 3' x 8' panel. It will save you some money and you'll have less leftover raw material. Of course, if you can use the rest of the panel for filler or other things (we made a drawer front out of some leftover), then it may be cost effective.
