Thank you Ikea Fans for the email address of people higher up than the associates at the Woodbridge store. We ended up buying out kitchen at the College Park store on Monday but I got an email from the Woodbridge store manager yesterday. They offered us free delivery on the whole purchase and a $200 giftcard and said we were completely correct about the sale and that they had cleared up miscommunications in their store regarding the sale. So I emailed the manager back thanking him for his offer but we had bought the cabinets already. I did mention that there were still items I wanted to get for inside the cabinets and I would take the $200 giftcard to spend at their Woodbridge store. So everything worked out in the end! I've been happily putting cabinets together for the past two days. I need to update my blog with before pics

mdj - that's great that they've cleared up the miscommunications at the store and that you've helped others in the process. I'm glad you kept at it and sorry you had to go to two stores to get things "right" for the sale.
