Greetings,

I was curious to know if it is possible to have a 24" base cabinet with four drawers.

The "standard" configuration (aka B3D24) holds three drawers, as follows (according to my measurements):
"Small" drawer = ~ 6 1/4" high
"Medium" drawer = ~ 11 1/4 " high
"Large" drawer = ~ 12 1/2" high
====================
Total makes ~30" (+ small space between each drawer)

I was wondering whether it would be possible to instead create the following configuration:
"Small" drawer = ~ 6 1/4" high
"Small" drawer = ~ 6 1/4" high
"Small" drawer = ~ 6 1/4" high
"Medium" drawer = ~ 11 1/4 " high
====================
Total makes ~30" (+ small space between each drawer)

Has anyone tried this and been successful?

Do the drawer rails line up with the pre-drilled holes in the base cabinet?

They should--all the sides are the same and there are 15" and 18" four drawer cabs. You just have to pay for an extra "large" drawer front because there's no way to buy just the medium.
