Though I am sure I've seen it in the store kitchens, the software does not appear to let me stack base cabinets on top each other. I am looking at doing a whole wall with no countertops. There would be tall pantry type cabinets along with base (24" deep) cabinets stacked on each other. Does anyone know a way around this in the software?

Change the ceiling height to much higher...9 feet or so. Sometimes it's easier if you stack the cabinets together in the middle of the room, then use the arrow keys to move the stack to the wall. The 2007 planner is a lot pickier than the 06.

I am also planning on stacking two 30 inch tall and one 24 inch tall on top of each other (each will be 12 inches wide). If I am able to get the planner to do this (i have not been sucessful yet) and I bring it to ikea to place an order, wil i have trouble fulfilling the order? I think they get kind of picky about what they won't include in the warranty, and I suspect stacking base cabinets is not allowable. Anyone know? Thanks!

Serena, that won't be a problem. The cabinets hang from a suspension rail, so you won't be actually putting one on top of the other.
