Help Kitchen Demo'd today - New Layout - Need Fresh Ideas

Please help. I had contractors rip out my kitchen today. We discovered some dead space that could be used for the bathroom that previously occupied my kitchen. It can be opened in the other room (upper right corner) but I am not sure if it will provide much. I keep looking at my layout in the same way my old kitchen looked. Need a fresh pair of eyes.

Here is what I already have:
30" stove
36" wide X 24" deep X 84" tall fridge
24" wide dishwasher

Here are some complications:
The space AFTER the innerwall (bathroom) in the far right corner and to that thin innerwall which are actually stairs that go down is only 82" tall. That is about 55" X 32" with a ceiling height of 82". The rest of the space is 96" tall.

In the lower right corner are stairs going up and stairs going down.

On the left wall is both a door and a window. I was thinking of shallow cabinetry for that wall so that I do not create a void near the door.

Wish list:
Single oven
Seating area at a table
Large Island with possible seating

Positives:
I am having the cabinets installed by a professional who can make any tweaks to them.

No time to check planner right now (suggest you post jpgs anyway) but my immediate thought is that you could create a pantry in that space. Use one 30" wide and one 24' wide 80" high "oven" cab with minimal "legs" (one easy approach is to use the Ikea plastic leg base but not the legs themselves). You're not limited to the options Ikea shows: you could fill with drawers as desired. There are no internal 30" drawer fronts at Ikea but they can be fabricated or purchased elsewhere.
