Hi there,

Does anyone know if any of the 49" corner cabinets can be modified to hold the DOMSJO 25x27 sink? I'm looking at the CBDC49 - I realize the drawer would be history and we might have to modify the cabinet door -- but do you think this could be a possibility?

My concern would be weight distribution. If I understand it correctly, the sides on a sink cabinet take most of the weight of the sink, and while the sides are under or close to under the sink, this is fine. When the sides are well away from the weight of the sink, such as in this longer cabinet, the weight would mostly be on the front and back, which could bow. I think you might have to support the sink from underneath to prevent this. There may be other issues, but that's the one that seemed most problematic to me.
