I answered this on your other post, but I will repeat it here so it doesn't get lost:
Some of your designs seem to crowd your doorways a bit. You want at least 36 inches between the corners of the adjacent cabinets.
I think a design with the fridge on the short doorway wall and creating a butler's pantry area in that other corner area would be a really nice layout for you. The fridge would be by itself, but adding a cabinet above and a panel on the side would be nice. That will consolidate your work triangle and allow the pantry area to be accessible without being underfoot. It would be a good place for the microwave as well as dish storage. I added a wine storage tower that could be floor to ceiling at the end there, and you could always put a secondary bev fridge in place of one of the base cabinets.
Here's an overhead view so you can see the opened-up passageways from the doorway areas. The fridge size is 36 inches, and I used a range as a placeholder instead of the cooktop/oven combo.
