Well..not my kitchen but the same as my kitchen. Applad Black on the bottom and Applad white on the top. It's the first time I have seen them together! And I was iffing and offing whether to go with a black or a white fridge...thought white but now the picture has confirmed it.
I'm so excited to see my idea in practice...reassures me that I made the right choice...for me.

It's the first one in the kitchen section of the new Ikea catalog. I haven't looked at the kitchens brochure yet so I'm not sure if it is in there too.

Yep, that's gorgeous.
We started out
w
/ Varde as our main, w/ Applad wall cabinets. But then they stopped making a couple of the base pieces we needed, so end up with more Applad than I originally planned...
I LOVE the Applad black, and was going to try to mix some in...but afraid w/ Varde & Applad & mixing black in it would be too much.
You are very lucky!!! Please post pictures when you're all done! (I'm a little jealous)
My local IKEA has an Applad black display, it's great. I'm surprised more people don't do Applad black!
W definition
W is a wall cabinet designation, as in W18, can be a stand-in for Wide, or when followed by a / stands for With.
Re: WoooHooo My Kitchen Is In The New Ikea Catalog
Thanks for the compliments. I went to IKEA in England when I was back home (it's 1/2hr away from my Mum's as opposed to 4hrs fom me here). I thought I had already chosen my doors but when I saw Applad Black I absolutely loved it!! It's not an option to select on the site when signing up(MODS! ). And I can find hardly anybody that has used it.
I'm really excited to see my finished kitchen...it's taking forever!!! but I will def post pics when it's done!

It's on page 110 of the IKEA catalog and is really nice looking. It's great that you're able to see what you're planning to do and for it to help you confirm your choices. I know that some of the decisions we have to make when remodeling our kitchens is really difficult. Sometimes it's hard to visualize what it will look like.
