Akurum is the North American equivalent of FAKTUM; that is the fitted, frameless, component kitchen cabinet line, which when paired with door and drawer fronts as well as interior accessories makes up the full kitchen cabinet system.
Unfortunately, I believe the 12" pull-out and the 12" wide drawer are being discontinued. I know there is a thread here discussing the availability of the units in the AS-IS rooms around the country, and there's one member who's offered to ship them cross-country. She has to know today, though as she's leaving early tomorrow. Here's the link.
Hopefully you can get a deal - sorry it's not better news!
Ack, Eva suggested them in another thread where I asked for comments and I was starting to really like the idea.
Maybe I can gain 3 inches of base cabinet space by sawing together some 6" wide shelves out of cover-panel sheets rather than using the 9" Perfekt one. That would let me move up to a 15 inch pull-out which I guess is more available.
I didn't search for 12" drawer fronts and doors, so maybe they have been discontinued, but you might want to check further before you rule out the base pullout (you could use a 30" high door and use one of the internal drawers if you are unable to find a 12" drawer front.)
