Space between drawers and doors

I've purchased my cabinets from Ikea, but I've got to get a dimension before I'm able toa ssemble them. How wide is the space between the drawer and the door on a standard base cabinet? I want to put a drawer and door togeter as a custom front on a dishwasher and I want to make sure they line up with the rest of the cabinets when I'm done..

There isn't really much of a space...maybe 1/4 inch or so.

On my cabinets the gap between doors and drawer fronts is between 1/16" and 3/32" (or ~2 mm) on average.
