I know one change is to swap the 12"pull out cabinetbeside the stove for a standard 12" to slide cookie sheets and such into. The stove and the fridge are directly next to each other and the microwave will be mounted above the stove.

I think it really looks wonderful! Your bank of cabinets on the wall across from the window will be really nice and impressive looking.
One thing that would bother me is the combo of 24" and 30" cabinets that you have next to your door on the window wall. Any chance that you could change that to a combo of 18" and 36"? To my eye, the symmetry that you'd get in the uppers and lowers would be worth the change. You could make the 18" a trash pullout, which would be really nice next to the sink.
I don't know if it is such a good idea to have a stove and fridge next to each other. I'm thinking about cooking on the stovetop, and having what is essentially a wall next to the range would really be uncomfortable.
You seem to have plenty of counterspace, so I would consider putting two additional cabinets below the uppers, directly on the countertop, on either end of the long run.
The stove and the fridge currently are right next to each other. We played with moving the fridge over by the sliding glass door we can't move the oven without a lot of work in moving the vent. I agree that it's not the optimum placement for them.

I played with moving the fridge again... and am a bit frustrated by the layout. Here's what I've come up with at this point. I don't like the sizes of the cabinets where the fridge used to be... and there's wasted space. Still considering adding the cabinets like Eve suggested...

stacylu -- First of all, welcome to the forums! Glad to have you here.
I might have missed something, but aside from the fact that the solid run of cabinets on the left wall would look great, is there a reason that you've not considered putting the refrigerator there? Making that change would give you the classic work triangle, would keep your cold food closer to your pantry goods and would eliminate the trouble of having the refrigerator next to the stove and/or a doorway.
I don't have time to work up a layout right now, but if I did, I'd be putting the fridge all the way at the end of that cabinet run, with a full cover panel next to it, fridge cabinets above and then continue the run as you have laid out. Next to the stove, I'd consider putting another 30-36" base cabinet with wall cabinet above. This gains you landing space next to the stove and storage for pots and pans next to the stove, spices and so forth in the wall cabinet to the left. If you have a hood, that'll go above, or a fan would go into a fan cabinet above. Does that make sense?
