1) Does anyone have any photos of examples of mixing darker cabinet woods and lighter ones? (i.e. Adel medium brown and Adel birch)

2) Any photo examples of raising the corner wall cabinet higher than the adjoining cabinets?

3) Any photo examples of pulling particular cabinets out from the wall so the adjoining cabinets do not meet flush? (example: corner cabinet extending into the room an inch or two beyond the adjoining cabinets)
